Products and Handmade Variations:

Le Bain products are made in small batches using botanical ingredients and other materials described in the applicable product listing. Because our products are handcrafted, minor variations in color, texture, appearance or scent may occur between batches. These variations are part of small-batch production and do not necessarily indicate a defect.

We make reasonable efforts to display product photographs, descriptions, sizes, weights, ingredients and prices accurately.

Please review product description and ingredient information before purchasing.

Product Use and Safety:

Our bath products are intended to be used only as directed in their accompanying instructions and labeling.

Before use please:

-Review ingredient list and product directions.

-Avoid ingredients to which you know or suspect you are sensitive.

-Discontinue use if irritation or another unexpected reaction occurs.

-Keep products out of the reach of children and pets unless directly intended and labeled for their use.

-Follow any product-specific warnings storage instructions, and precautions.

Botanical ingredients, plant materials, fragrance ingredients and essential oils, where present, may cause irritation or sensitivity in some individuals. Natural ingredients are not automatically suited for everyone.

Do not ingest bath products.

If a product contains loose botanicals, oils or other ingredients that may make a tub slippery or leave residue, follow it’s instructions and use care when entering and exiting the tub.

If you have questions on whether a product is appropriate for you, please consult a healthcare provider. We do not provide medical advice, and our products are not represented as treatments for medical conditions.

Orders and Payment:

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current billing, shipping and contact information.

After an order is submitted you may receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted for fulfillment.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order when reasonably necessary, including when a product is unavailable, a pricing or listing error has occurred, or we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will arrange a refund for the amount paid for the canceled order.

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated, Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be disclosed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Payment is processed through the payment methods made available through our online store. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any particular payment method.

Pricing and Promotions:

We may change product prices, descriptions, availability and promotions from time to time.

A price change will not alter the agreed upon price of an order already accepted, unless where required or authorized by applicable law.

Promotional offers may have additional terms including quantity limits or product exclusions.

Shipping and Delivery:

Le Bain currently ships to addresses within the United States only. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise. Carrier delays, severe weather, service disruptions and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

If order arrives damaged, is missing or seems to have been delivered to the wrong address, please contact info@shoplebain.com with your order number and relevant details. Photographs may help us assess the issue. We will work with you to resolve shipping problems.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges:

Because our products are intended for personal and bath use, our standard return policy is limited to unopened products.

Products must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging. Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

You must contact info@shoplebain.com before sending a return.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be delayed or refused.

To request a return, email us with your order number, the product you wish to return and the reason for your request. We will provide instructions if the return is eligible.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issues to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable, except where required by law or where we agree otherwise.

Unless the return results from an error on our part or applicable law requires otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Cancellation & Order Changes:

If you need to cancel or change an order, email info@shoplebain.com as soon as possible and include your order number.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests. Once an order has been prepared and shipped, we may be unable to cancel it or change its contents or destination.

Intellectual Property:

The content on this website- including the Le Bain name and branding, original text, product descriptions, photographs, graphics and designs- is owned by Le Bain or used with permission, unless otherwise indicated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, sell, or commercially exploit our website content, branding, or product imagery without permission.

Third-Party Services and Links:

Our website may use third-party services, including Squarespace, payment processors, and shipping carriers, or link to external websites. These services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Your use of third-party services may require you to agree to their separate terms.
